Hi there, we are NedWorks, now part of Ariad. At Ariad, we help organizations create digital experiences that people want, love, and talk about. NedWorks is the result of a complete reinvention. Formerly Bloovi Me, the company needed more than a new look. It needed a new voice, new positioning, and a brand that could unite people, purpose, and performance in a fresh, human way.

G-MEDIA® partnered to rebuild the brand from the inside out.

CHALLENGE

Bloovi Me, a digital talent recruitment firm, had built a reputation for spotting others' potential but had lost its own brand clarity. Its visual identity, message, and user experience no longer reflected its vision or value.

The company needed to evolve into something more relevant, more intentional, and more aligned with the next generation of digital talent. A full brand reset was required.

APPROACH

1. Strategy First, Then Identity
We started by redefining the business itself. Mission, vision, and values were realigned to connect with the real-world goals of both clients and candidates. Only then did we tackle naming, identity, and voice.

2. Naming That Means Something
The name "NedWorks" represents a fictional persona a symbol of the diverse audience the brand speaks to. It sounds upbeat, feels human, and clearly communicates the core function of the company. It is not just a name. It is a positioning statement.

3. Visual Identity That Stands Out and Belongs
We built a graphic system using two complementary typefaces that feel like they are having a conversation. The color palette is confident and clean. The imagery feels real and raw, shot by our own team to reflect authentic people, personalities, and talent.

4. Tone That Connects
The tone of voice was crafted to build belonging and spark conversation. Friendly, direct, and just a little bold it reflects the company’s human-first mindset and creates trust with digital talent.

5. Full Website Overhaul
We handled the full digital relaunch from structure and user flows to interface and code. Every decision was made to enhance user experience, increase conversions, and create a home for community, careers, and connection.

6. Rollout Across All Channels
The new NedWorks brand was launched through a fully integrated campaign. Social media, motion design, and digital content were optimized to bring awareness and drive traffic. Everything pointed back to the platform built to unite people and purpose.
